Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking . After you have finished your ordering, click on Cart or Checkout at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select payment option and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account. The system also allows you to print out your order for faxing or mailing.

Delivery Information

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery (except all personalised stationery items). We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time. We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all our deliveries. We are located in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, postcode 2290.

All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified by e-mail and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 2 working days.

What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?

We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. However, if there is an unexpected shortage of a particular product we will email you immediately and let you know.

If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will contact you immediately so you may revise your order or a full refund will be organised.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

We now deliver throughout the World. Delivery charges within Australia are as follows:

Less than $100 = $10.00 postage
Greater than $100 = $20.00 postage

Outside Australia
To minimise the freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you by email of the freight cost and await your confirmation prior to further processing.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns

At Shazikki Designs we aim to make shopping as easy as possible. However if you are not happy with your goods they must be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery at your expense. Payments made by you will be refunded in full within 2 working days after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. No exchange or refund is available on personalised items or patterns due to copyright .

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order prior to dispatch (once accepted by us) for any reason within 2 days. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 2 day period before goods are dispatched. Payments made by you will be refunded in full within 2 working days after receipt of cancellation notification. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, our returns policy will then apply.

Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
